Solution
Built a full-stack review management platform with customizable review widgets, automated review request emails, and a dashboard for managing and responding to feedback. The platform integrates with existing websites via a simple embed code.

App DevelopmentA privacy-first QR code communication system that lets anyone reach you — without knowing your phone number. Stick it on your car, door, pet collar, or luggage.
Challenge
Every time someone writes their phone number on a car dashboard note, a luggage tag, or a door sign, they expose their identity and personal data. With 68M+ phone scam reports filed globally each year and 25M+ bags mishandled by airlines annually, people need a way to be reachable without sharing personal information.
Solution
Built a privacy-first communication system using QR code stickers. Anyone who needs to reach the owner simply scans the code with their phone camera — no app needed for the scanner. A secure web page opens instantly where they can video-call, send messages, or share files. All communication is end-to-end encrypted using ECDH P-256 key exchange with AES-256-GCM encryption. The KnoQ owner receives notifications via the Android app and can respond from anywhere.
Outcome
KnoQ is live with an Android app on Google Play (iOS coming soon). The system supports multiple use cases — vehicles (double-parked car alerts), homes (delivery notifications), pets (lost pet recovery via video call), luggage (airport bag recovery), and any valuable item. The service is 100% free with no ads, no subscriptions, and no data exploitation.

E-CommerceA hyperlocal e-commerce platform that connects customers with trusted local stores, enabling them to shop online from neighborhood businesses with free listings and no hidden fees.
Challenge
Local shopkeepers struggle to compete with large e-commerce platforms. They lack the technical skills and budget to build their own online stores, and existing platforms charge high fees that eat into their margins.
Solution
Built a hyperlocal e-commerce platform where local store owners can list their products for free. The platform handles online ordering, payment processing, and delivery coordination while keeping the focus on connecting customers with trusted neighborhood businesses.
Outcome
AasPaas is live as a demo showcasing the hyperlocal e-commerce concept. The platform demonstrates free store listings, targeted local marketing, product catalogs, and order management — all designed to help small businesses sell online without overhead costs.

Challenge
A local electronics and appliances retailer needed an online presence to showcase their product catalog and enable customers to browse and purchase products online, competing with larger online retailers.
Solution
Built a clean, mobile-friendly e-commerce store using WooCommerce with product listings, pricing with discounts, category navigation, and secure checkout. The store showcases products from brands like Eureka Forbes, LG, and Wonderchef with clear pricing and product details.
Outcome
The store is live as a demo showcasing QrComTech's e-commerce development capabilities. It demonstrates product catalog management, discount pricing display, responsive design, and a streamlined shopping experience for a local retail business.

QrComTech Agent Hub
AI Agent EnablementOur own runtime-agnostic AI engineering team member: one versioned brain, a shared skill library, read-only guardrails, an eval gate, and a self-maintaining wiki — across our entire product portfolio.
Challenge
QrComTech builds across a dozen very different codebases — an Astro/Cloudflare website, Next.js and Kotlin apps on Supabase, a Firebase review platform, an Expo lending app, a Node lending platform, and more. AI coding tools helped, but they forgot the architecture every session, had no guardrails around real repositories, and left hard-won knowledge trapped in individual heads.
Solution
We built an internal agent hub: one git repository holding the agent's identity, an always-loaded context brain, a library of step-by-step skills with a test and eval coverage gate, tiered read-only guardrails (the agent drafts pull requests; humans merge and deploy), a golden-output eval suite wired to a deterministic CI check, and a self-maintaining knowledge wiki. It is runtime-agnostic — the same files drive Kiro, Claude Code, and other agents — so we are never locked to one tool.
Outcome
Any capable AI tool now boots with senior-level QrComTech context on the first message, across the whole portfolio. Because everything the agent knows is version-controlled, every change to its behaviour is a reviewable diff — the audit trail. The same pattern has been transplanted into a separate large, regulated enterprise engineering organization through a documented bootstrap procedure, which is what we now offer other teams as a service.
